Brought in several pieces of white gold jewelry for appraisal (including a damaged necklace) and I can’t say enough good things about the experience! Had a really good experience at Allu Novena with Zoe, Jennifer and Christina (over the phone). I brought them 5 bags and 1 card holder on 2 separate occasions and I felt the buy-out prices they offered were fair. The authentication process took quite a while (both times I stayed for about 90 minutes) but I’d much deal with a company that takes authentication seriously than one that rushes through the process and is bound to misjudge fake items for real. After all, they are in the business of reselling luxury pre-owned items. If they buy in fakes (even if by mistake), then they’re reselling fakes. The payout was fast. I received it via PayNow in less 10 minutes after I left the shop. The ladies were very professional and direct, both over the phone and in person. I had a great time on both occasions. Highly recommend!
